NO KEGEL DEVICE
Kegel devices do not create sustainable results and do not address urgency and frequency. They are not specific enough to address particular symptoms such as pelvic floor tension. These devices too, will not address your overall bladder health.
I understand how the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction can decrease quality of life.
I suffered with pelvic floor dysfunction before I had children. I leaked urine with almost every movement. I could not cough, sneeze, laugh, jump, run without the floodgates opening. I was embarrassed, irritated at my body and my bladder ran this show. I experienced urgency and felt as though I spent half my day in the bathroom. I suffered crippling endometriosis to be told the only option was various hormonal medications. I was put into menopause at the age of 24 for 6 months. Due to poor care, I practiced bladder and bowel habits that lead to pelvic organ prolapse and pain with intercourse.
After 3 babies via c section in my late 30s, I leak no urine with any exercising (yes, even jumping on trampolines) my bladder is not the boss, and I advocate for my pelvic floor and bladder health through the strategies I am going to teach you.

Meet Your Instructor
I am Dr. Kassie! I am a wife, a momma to three babies, a pelvic floor expert/guru and an advocate for women’s health. I dedicated my post professional doctorate degree to advancing my knowledge on the topic of pelvic floor rehabilitation to help women like you and me.
In the last 6 years, I have helped hundreds of women gain control over their health and more specifically their pelvic floor health. Suffering for years with pelvic floor dysfunction, grew a passion inside of me that is unstoppable. I have been where you are, and I have healed my pelvic floor dysfunction with the strategies I teach in this course.
I have been asked to speak in front of hundreds maybe even thousands of physicians, healthcare workers, and women just like you on podcasts, conventions, social media, company retreats to educate on the power of pelvic floor rehabilitation.
